This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which payments are made and clarifies that Manufique does not issue refunds for any of its digital products or services.
By subscribing to or using Manufique.app, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.
1. No Refund Policy
All payments made to Manufique are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Subscription fees (monthly or annual)

Setup or onboarding fees

Add-on module fees

Customization or integration services
As a SaaS platform, access to Manufique and its features begins immediately upon activation, and data begins processing and storage through our secure infrastructure, Base44.
For this reason, refunds cannot be offered once payment has been completed.
2. Subscription Terms
Your subscription will continue until cancelled.
You may cancel your plan at any time, and you will retain full access until the end of your current billing cycle.
Cancellations made after the billing date do not qualify for refunds, partial credits, or prorated adjustments.
3. Free Trials
If a free trial is offered, it allows new users to evaluate the Platform before making a payment.
We strongly encourage all users to take advantage of the trial period to determine whether Manufique meets their needs prior to subscribing.
Once a paid subscription starts, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.
4. Billing Errors
If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact us immediately at manufique.app@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge.
We will review your claim and, if an actual processing error is confirmed (e.g., duplicate charge), a correction or refund will be issued promptly.
This is the only exception to our no-refund policy.
5. Data Access After Cancellation
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your account until the end of the paid period.
After that, your account will be deactivated and all data securely archived within Base44 for a limited time before permanent deletion, as defined in our Privacy Policy.
To avoid data loss, please ensure you export or back up all important information before your subscription ends.
6. Service Changes or Termination
Manufique reserves the right to modify or discontinue any feature or plan without prior notice.
Such changes do not entitle users to refunds or compensation.
If we ever permanently discontinue the service, we will provide reasonable notice and an opportunity to export your data before closure.
